Supergirl

Jack and I were watching the original Superman movie (with Christopher Reeve) and we get to the part in the beginning of the movie where the Kent's coem upon this little boy. Realizing that the boy belongs to no one, that he'd just fallen out of the sky, the Mrs. Kent tries to convince her husband that they should keep the boy. When he finally relents, she exclaims somethign to the effect of "Oh, our own little boy. The Lord has finally answered our prayers!"

Jack immediately turned to me and said: "Just like we did with Eliana, huh?"

So, I guess Eliana is our little Supergirl!

End of the School Year sharing

Kristina asked Jack and Mar to go ahead and share (show-and-tell style) all the things they took back from school on their last day. These are items that had been hanging in the room or hiding out in the classroom throughout the school year.

Warning: this is a great video for Grandparents and very interested parties. The video goes on for 8 minutes or so... be prepared. Ha ha ha.

Mariana Line Dances!


Mariana had a chance to show off her mad line dancing skills during Valley Christian's Pioneer Days.
